- Electronic catalogs
- Advertising on social media and portal sites

Domain registration and ongoing maintenance fees are excluded from website-renewal support. If a planned expense does not clearly match the examples, confirm eligibility with the Chungnam Regional Center before signing a contract or spending funds.
Funding and Company Contribution
The program covers 90% of recognized production costs excluding VAT, up to KRW 1 million per company. The company pays the remaining 10% and all VAT.
For example, if the recognized cost excluding VAT is KRW 1 million, the grant is KRW 900,000 and the company pays KRW 100,000 plus VAT. Even when costs exceed the program ceiling, support cannot exceed KRW 1 million.
The announced production period is September 1 through October 30, 2026, with payment expected after deliverables are submitted, around November 20. Dates may change.
Eligibility
Applicants must be disabled-owned businesses located in Chungcheongnam-do and hold a valid Disabled-Owned Business Confirmation Certificate. This is a business-support program, not an individual benefit based on age or income.
A company is excluded if its confirmation certificate expires during the marketing-support period. Check the validity date before applying.

Documents to Prepare
- Support application
- Project implementation plan
- Personal-information consent form
- Disabled-Owned Business Confirmation Certificate
- National tax payment certificate
- Local tax payment certificate
- Evidence relevant to evaluation
Evaluation considers operating history, employment of people with disabilities, sales, and ESG preparation. A government award received by the company or representative within the past five years may qualify for additional points.
Selection Process
Seven companies will be selected through document evaluation. Applicants scoring at least 60 points are ranked by total score; ties are decided by the qualitative-evaluation score.
- Business management status: 40 points
- Need for promotional content: 30 points
- Expected impact: 30 points
- Government award within the past five years: 5 bonus points
The implementation plan should explain why the content is needed, how it will be used, how it connects to marketing, and what realistic results are expected.
Who Is Excluded?
